Pre-preparation:

  • Measurement and planning: measure the ground dimensions and determine the arrangement of the PV array.
  • Material preparation: prepare the column, beam, fasteners, cables and other materials.
  • Tool preparation: electric drill, screwdriver, level, tape measure and other tools.

Foundation construction:

  • Piling or pouring foundation: According to the geological condition, choose the way of piling or pouring concrete foundation to fix the columns. The depth of the foundation should be at least 1 meter and the concrete grade should be C20 or higher.
  • Bracket assembly:
  • Column Installation: Use a level to ensure that the column is vertical and fixed to the foundation.
  • Crossbeam Installation: Install the crossbeam and connect it to the column to ensure levelness.
  • FASTENER SECURITY: Use fasteners to secure PV panels to crossbeams.

PV panel installation:

  • Positioning of PV panels: Determine the position of the PV panels according to the design requirements.
  • Fixing the PV panels: Use special clamps or fasteners to fix the PV panels on the beams.
  • Checking the installation: Make sure the PV panels are firmly installed without loosening.

Technical Parameters:

  • Column specification: diameter 60mm, wall thickness 3mm, height 2m.
  • Beam specification: length 2m, width 50mm, thickness 3mm.
  • Base size: diameter 0.5m, depth 1m.
  • Number of photovoltaic panels: 10 photovoltaic panels installed in each row.
  • Tilt angle: adjusted according to latitude, usually local latitude plus 10°.
